I have been represented by Salt for 6 years and they are by far the best agency in the southeast. Madeleine is very well connected with all of the global agencies and got me represented in NY and LA by one of the top ones. She hustles for her models and is always so easy to talk to, anytime of the day and any day of the week. She books me on a lot of jobs and I work all of the time with wonderful clients. She vets them before shoots which makes me feel so safe. She and Kelly make a great team at Salt. I read a couple of negative reviews and yes, not everyone can be a model and there are height requirements, but that is dictated by the industry not by Salt. You can’t be 5’3” and be a model or everyone would be one. Anyways I love my agents at Salt!
