I have been coming here for awhile. Have always loved this place. I don't know what happened?? All physicians that were here last year are gone. The current physician I saw was good and very kind ...I really like her...but I went to pick up my medication that was ordered ... none ordered ...mind you... we are heading into Memorial day weekend... I spent half a morning calling this office to get my medication ordered and sent to Freddie's..what a debacle.. I'm just a patient ..I have no power.. and I should not have to spend my time chasing my tail.. ..This is basic of Best Practice . Some people were kind about this and some people seemed quite annoyed that I was bothering them. ..when they are the only ones who can put an order in..I cannot .

Every care is taken by all the team members. My eye health is the best it's been in many many years. Elevated eye pressure is back in normal range, cataract surgery & recovery uneventful. I really appreciated that I didn't feel rushed at all. The doctor didn't have a lot to say, because I really had no huge issues with my eyes. However, he made a point of itemizing what looked good and not just saying "No problems!" I also appreciate the question "Do you have any questions?" It gives me an opportunity to bring up concerns not actually related to my eyesight. In this case, I was wondering if the doctor had any advice about driving at night especially in the rain. Although he had no solutions, he did offer understanding and practical suggestions.
