I lived here for 2+ years and the best part was the OUTSTANDING STAFF! Shaun and Jessica are attentive, kind, and personable. Outside of living in a esthetically pleasing building/apartment, surrounded by all the good food shops, having a management company that actually cares, makes all the difference in the living experience. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

We will become home owners in the near future. But I must say there is no place I would rather choose to raise my family than here at the Palette! Shaundria and Jessica was the best and provided a warm genuine welcome to me and my family I read the reviews prior to moving in and I'm like who is paying these people for these reviews, but once we arrived I saw first hand the care these Women provide and those previous positives reviews definitely matched up! The apartments are very spacious and modern, granite countertops throughout, washer and dryer, balcony, fireplace, plenty of cabinet space, spacious walk in closets that my wife still manages to give me a small piece lol. You truly get what you pay for and for safety and peace of mind for my family its worth it. The pictures what you see on the website is no smokescreen what you see is what you get and you will not be disappointed. I love how the property from a security standpoint you have to scan yourself in basically to access the property from entry throughout and peace of mind is a great thing. The package concierge is a great bonus to receive packages as well very convenient. The assigned parking is is awesome gone are the days of looking for parking regardless of what time you come home your spaces will be waiting for you. One negative I have I wish it was pet free because some people are just careless.

I was in the area today seeking “Luxury Apartments” and by the time I finished my self-tour- I was SOLD! These apartment homes are absolutely Beautiful! I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Jessica for her professionalism, bubbly personality and her dedication to customer services. She is very caring, kind, understandable, and loving. When you meet her, you will leave her presence feeling empowered, and educated about the complex. Thank you so much, Jessica! I look forward to calling Palette home. :)

I no longer live at Palette but would go back in a heartbeat because I loved this place. It was so charming and my toddler daughter loved the railway station and choo-choo train. Yes organics was a one minute walk from where we lived. I also loved working with Jessica who was always pleasant and kind. We both had kids the same age so it was a lot of fun chatting on occasion about our little ones. She was always so professional and cordial. If you’re planning on moving here, do it!!! You will love the proximity of a walking trail, biking trail, grocery store, railway station and lots of lovely little restaurants.
