I have been here about a month and really enjoy the apartment. Great location by the Prince George Plaza metro station making it highly walkable, with reasonable rate for monthly garage parking for people like me who still need a car the rest of the time. The complex is fairly dog friendly with small areas are available for dogs to be walked on leash away from busy roads. There are some small issues, some stray trash in hallways sometimes and notably the system for getting packages is a little challenging with the codes needed to pick up a package not always being received, but the staff here have been very helpful. Shea has helped us on more than one occasion and has been very kind and accommodating answering questions and aiding us when issues popped up, and our one service request was answered by the maintenance team within a few hours, faster than I expected by far.

I have lived here for nine years and overall it has been a great experience. The staff is excellent - Cassie, Craig, Perry, Sheldon always take the time to make sure my apartment is in good condition and that I am happy. One thing about Equity Residential is they hire the best people. It is a nice place to live, right next to metro and shopping amenities in walking distance.
