I addressed several maintenance concerns on July 11 online and did not have anyone come to my home until several calls to the leasing office and they did not arrive to address anything Wednesday July 27. While there, I expressed that my washing machine was having issues. I was told on Thursday July 28 by one of the maintenance workers I would receive a new machine. That never happened. After speaking with the Assistant Property Manager on Friday June 29, I was advised the maintenance supervisor would come to my home. Instead, he sent his assistant, who was very dismissive, and after our engagement left and said he would ask the maintenance manager to come. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. It is Saturday July 30 and I still have an inoperable washing machine. I love this property, so much so that i renewed my lease, and I am now left extremely disappointed. Sadly, this is not the first time there was an extremely long wait time, in fact it is the 3rd and they have never come to my home without some form of escalation. This situation has not been resolved. The maintenance supervisor needs to be fired!

After being here for 4 years - with some of the SAME issues, I decided to leave a review because it appears to be the only way to get a response. 1. There are electrical issues that are an INSANE fire hazard. Outlets don't work, and the ones that do pop randomly (yes, with sparks) 2. My kitchen faucet wont shut off. I have been complaining about this for nearly a year. FINALLY two weeks ago someone came out and said "turn the water off and we will be back Monday". That was nearly 19, yes 19, days ago. After measuring, there are about 1.5 gallons per hour dripping down the drain WITH THE WATER TURNED OFF UNDERNEATH THE SINK. The water bill is insanely high as a result. I don't know that they care at this point. 3. The appliances in the non updated units are OLD and need to be replaced. My dishwasher hasn't worked since the day we moved in 4 years ago. The refrigerator makes a noise so loud that I have to unplug it when I'm on calls. With that being said, the ONLY reason for the low rating is because of MAINTENENCE. It's a wonderful location, the staff is amazing, and it's a great bang for your buck. Unfortunately, I've grown tired of not knowing if/when my home will catch on fire and if I'll end up with a $500 water bill because the water wont stop leaking. If I didn't pay my rent or utilities, they would evict me without hesitation. Why is this okay?

I have been trying to get in contact with someone from the leasing office for a while. I moved in on the 21st of February with no washer and dryer. I was told the washer and dryer should be coming soon and that I should contact the maintenance. I call maintenance only for the machine to tell me to leave a message. I left a message on Wednesday to be told the maintenance person was off and I never received a call back. I send emails to multiple people as well as call back to back everyday to get some type of explanation. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE it is extremely frustrating to call and not be able to talk to anyone every single day especially when we pay this kind of money to live here. Customer service is definitely not you guys strong suit. I wish I read the reviews before moving here because it's ridiculous.

Just moved here about a month ago and have had a interesting time. I found mouse dropping the first week, they lost my move in condition form, charged me the incorrect rent. I complained about mouse droppings so they sent an exterminator out. He did not do his job. 3 weeks later we found another mouse. Went to leasing to ask if someone could remove it, no one came. Also, requested the exterminator and maintenance come back out. Still hasn’t shown up at the time of this email. I broke down and spent over a few hundred dollars for an exterminator because the complex obviously does not think this is urgent. The exterminator found 4 holes in the apartment (that the complex exterminator and maintenance overlooked.) This is ridiculous and I only just moved out here.
