DO NOT I repeat DO NOT come to this location. The air conditioner is broken there are loud fans everywhere. They are out of the most simplest things like…… Fried chicken wings, kale salad, and hamburgers to name a few. The Mac & cheese is dry any missing ingredients. How does a restaurant not supply Splenda or sweet and low for beverages. The waiter tripped on the fan cord and spilled a drink all over my sons clothes and my shoes accidentally but we was very sweet and professional. The general manager Dalonte Powell requested I call him to speak about our inconvenience and a discount as we were here to celebrate our fathers 75th birthday however he refused to answer the phone 🤣. In the end the assistant manager offered 15% off of our bill. The discount wasn’t a big deal, it was more about the principal to be more prepared to serve customers. We shouldn’t have to go down the menu and ask what can we order……. First & Last time visiting Carolina Kitchen.

They need one in Winston-Salem NC.... I want to put the whole restriction and the staff in my SUV and take them home with me. We knew nothing about this place and a man over heard us talking about finding something we can't get at home and recommended this place. OMG the food was awesome they have a grade of an A. You will not be disappointed, I promise you won't. My plate, cabbage, sweet potatoes (yes they got that brown sugar up in them), cornbread muffin, two beefy beef ribs ( y'all know its hard to find a restaurant with beef ribs). My brother plate, meatloaf, cabbage, rice, cornbread muffin.

Man listen the food is so good I had to eat it in sections just to be able to save the flavor bon my tastebuds. And the collard greens, omg!!. My plate traveled 6 hours and was still warm when my daughter gave it to me. This is hands down the best food I have had in a very long time.

Came here for dinner on Sunday- first I would like to point out how I appreciate the business for being open and serving the public during this pandemic. Thank you. Next I want to point out my experience with the Bar Tender Val, I remembered her name because my mom shares the same name. Val was more than amazing I watched her engage with other patrons and what I noticed was nothing other but stellar service. Now to the food. “kiss the chef” the food was pretty good, hot, fresh and most importantly the portions great! Thank you again!

Do not take reservations and the food is to die for. It Will be a regular stop when i am heading south.
The lunch specials are large portions and range from $7.99 to 12.99 depending what you order. You can walk in and go through their fast buffet style line and choose what you'd like
