Call for repairs will make the problem worse. My ceiling was leaking and I called for maintenance and they never came. The ceiling fell down so i call again. I told the the office that I the ceiling fell down and the person on the phone got mad and started asking me why didnt I call before it fell down, I told her that I did but nobody came. She keep arguing and told me some will be here soon and hung up but nobody came .it has been days with a leak and the ceiling fell down already

As my family and I currently live here, the maintenance is HORRIBLE. the lights go off constantly, they never fix anything. the amount of times that we have to call for them for an URGENT issue, nothing ever HAPPENS! it's hot in the summer, and who knows what could happen in this heat! someone could suffer a heat stroke and management will not care until that actually comes to pass and someone suffers a heat stroke management won't do anything about it and honestly it's so frustrating how many times we need to call management and ask to fix something only for it to take days or weeks to have it fix today we need the electricity but it went out my father called and nothing happened it's been HOURS now since my father called its HORRIBLE how can we even live here

My name is Jesus and My daughter will be translating for me because my English isn’t that good. I can’t believe the experience that I had in this office. I went to the leasing office Last week looking for a 1 bedroom apartment for December. I was greet very rudely the girl acted like I was bothering her. I asked if they were a one bed room for December she said yes so I ask if it was ok to go see one. She then told me that they were no units available to show. I asked her when can I come back then she said next week with a bad attitude. That’s when another girl came in to the office with two man and I over heard them talk about their tour. I ask the girl that was helping me if we could see the unit those people looked at just so I can get an idea she said no you have to set an appointment before we can show you an apartment again being rude. I ask the man if they were going to get that apartment and they said no because they wanted one in kanawha street. I ask the lady again why o couldn’t see the unit if it wasn’t being rent and she said do you have an appointment, make one. I said okay and ask her for her name so I can come back she said Suleke and when I said it she made laugh at the way I said her name . im familiar with the area so I was ready to apply but after being treated like this I will take my family somewhere else . This is no way to treat people I never write this things on gogle but if that girl doesn’t want to work there she shouldn’t be there.

Honestly it doesn't even deserve 1 star. These apartment are horrible. I moved in early August and I have two simple request to fix the mailbox and also the under part of the sink because it had a hole and mice were coming in. It took at least 10 visits to the office and I got tired of them saying they will get it done and called the corporation and that same day it was fixed. Honestly don't bother the service sucks and you always see people in the office complaining about getting work done in their apartment and it never gets done.
