The worse aparments ever and the new company that take over real horrible no maintanance person no pay atte tion to your needs as a resident the only person in the mangement what is trying to belp is Laura simpsom. Because the propery manager is never here or just do not have time to attend anybody. If you are planning to move here I must let you know down here is infested with mikes and roaches and the rental office only says that they are new here and they do not have nobody to take care of it

I had a wonderful conversation with Assistant Manager Laura Simpson. She was very cordial and had all the answers to my questions. North Pointe seems like a great place for consideration in my move from VA to MD.

I really like living at North Pointe, I love that I can walk anywhere and do not have to worry about driving anywhere! My kids love taking walks and playing soccer. We are really happy here and maintenance is great. No complaints

Here they charge you 20$ because they say some company pick up your trash and look no one can pick up nothing If you contact the rental office they do not do nothing about it if you try to contact the regional manager nothing happend. Im going to put videos in youtube under this particular aparments. If you are thinking in rent here whach them firts, here there not parking space for resident but they have 8 space empty for visitor while their residents have to park on the street most of the time getting parking tickets, here you have a lot of mikes living with you the good thing is you do not have to pay for them even if you have more than 10mices or roaches you only pay if you have cat or dog, and the playground in the pictures is hyattsvile play ground no from this propery.
