I had an appointment with the Doctor and I called to let them know I was running 15 minutes late. The woman told me they would let the Doctor know and it was fine. I drove all the way there and the receptionist told me the message was never given to the Doctor and I would have to reschedule if I wanted to still see the Doctor. A total waste of my time! Very unprofessional!
