I was trying or in the process of buying a home and Mr. Luis Hernandez was discriminatory towards my husband and I the entire process and also tried to extort my husband and I . He asked for an additional $8000.00 under the table . Or he would not let our loan get approved . He was not bluffing. My husband and I did not agree to his terms and he stopped us in our tracks . This was supposed to be one of the happiest times in our lives and it was an unfortunate and unhappy time . Due to the fact that my husband and I were making decent money and very uneducated first time home buyer’s. Do not let this guy approach you or sell you a house . He is the least helpful , he will only exude a persona of niceness when he feels he can extort you. Luis Hernandez is the last person I would even do any type of business with , ever!!!I wish I can rate himself and his service no stars . Giving one star is even too much

Bobby and QuikFund definitely lived up to the reviews. We had a tricky home purchase and he was easy to work with to get it done, quick to respond and help. If he recommends a plan, you can trust it. I had another lender try something riskier and Bobby was competitive rate wise but also careful. If you want a lender you can trust to get you across the finish line, call Bobby.
