Unfortunately I rented from them my husband served the military and has a service dog I worked 911 also have a service dog we fell in with both the reservation was last minute with them so they were several issues with the home like painters on our arrival date dirty pool no spa after that's what we paid for so they over booked broken pool lights so management came over to fix issues after I told him I'm stepping out I'll be back after noon he came at 11am went into house saw the service dogs went into the room they were into the home said it was open lie my dogs were scared then called me I have paper work this was last minute I need my service dogs with me they said we had to leave immediately management lied said dogs were found lose in home and used the bathroom on floor David saw them another lie they trained all this stress we left after we paid so much and had family take off work to fly in to Orlando for fathersday they ruined our vacation and put us out because of our service dogs that the owner were allergic and would not accommodate us at all and no refund at the time of eviction it does not say anything about service animals on our contract I have reported them and legally taking care of this Horrible people Laura P And David management also rooms 101

Greetings Yesterday I arrived at the assigned residence 723 and I want to inform you of the following: 1-Entrance bathroom is leaking water 2-Food grinder does not work and a bad smell comes out, thinking that waste is stuck in the sink pipe. 3- The bedding is not clean (smells used) 4- the beds are completely in poor condition in all the rooms and not to mention that on Tuesdays they are very old and super uncomfortable. 5- there is no equipment to cook, there are only pans and a few small pots. I understand that for the price paid THE MINIMUM WOULD BE TO HAVE QUALITY MATRESS so that the guest, even if it is, can rest, after a long trip or days in the parks. This is my 4th reservation with Columbus Vacation and it has been the worst.

Worst vacation rental company we have ever dealt with. Suspicious and fraudulent activity
