WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT BOOK FROM THESE PEOPLE! To wrap up a long story shortly: We arrived Friday to the Kountry Kisses cabin with wasps and knats, a broken hot tub, and a rotted out un-usable grill. We contacted Beth and when we told her we only rented this cabin for the hot tub so we would like to see if someone could help fix it, she said “that’s what they all say”. A very kind maintenance man came out to look at the hot tub and he stated that he had been living in this cabin for the past week and told his manager Mike everyday that the hot tub was broken. He said mike just kept ignoring him. He wasn’t sure how to fix the hot tub so Mike came out. Mike was aggressive, hostile and quite useless to this situation. He was belittling this kind maintenance man right in front of me. I told him how Beth said this is a common problem and he told me he would call Kendra and have Beth fired and see how she likes it. I was so uncomfortable I went and locked myself in my car. Mike and the maintenance man left without saying a word and didn’t fix a single thing. I called Beth back and she told me that they said they fixed it when they didn’t and at this point I asked to speak to Kendra directly. Beth told me that was not going to happen and that I need to get over the situation. I told Beth how uncomfortable we were and how I would like to speak to Kendra again and she literally screamed at me on the phone and hung up. (We have this on video). At this point I contacted the local authorities and they contacted Kendra and told her to contact me right away. STILL ZERO CONTACT FROM KENDRA. Since we felt unsafe, the cops recommended we leave, file a dispute, and get a hotel. We did- check out my other review for the Lake Logan Inn. Keep in mind- this all happened within 2 hours. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. IF YOU HAVE A RESERVATION HERE, CANCEL IT. Save yourself.

This was an awesome place to stay. Cozy, with anything we would need. Heck, my (adult) son said he "could LIVE in a place like this." Comfy beds, kitchen, out of the way yet close to town,

We stayed at the Butterfly Crossing cabin back in August 2022. Beautiful log cabin. Very clean and accommodating. We originally had 4 people going but only 2 of us went. - 4 would have been a bit cramped but perfect for 2 adults. Loved having the pond for fishing after a day of hiking in hocking hills. The vacation was perfect and a much appreciated get away. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Beth, Tracy Anderson
