Took 30 minutes to find due to no signs, another 30 to get the key code, not clean, lake view was a joke, locked out before check-out time and another 20 minutes to get back in. We will NOT be renting thru vacasas again!

Worst stay I've ever had! Check in was at 4. However, we arrived at 4:37 and still had to remain outside for over an hour because maintainence was inside. The cabin was filthy! Dirt and trash on floors, horrible stains on upstairs carpet, nasty linens from previous guests still on futon bed, upstairs TV didn't work (it was super tiny too!), downstairs bedroom tv very small and unable to see well from bed, jet tub upstairs caused a flood in bedroom below, downstairs shower had water seeping from under tub and flooded that bathroom. There was 1 towel in each bathroom. Upstairs bed had pillow shams with no pillows.I did call to complain cleanliness. Maid came around 7, after we'd been in the mess for awhile. When I emailed the other complaints they responded with "we sent a maid." I had also inquired before renting if jet tub worked after reviewing others comments and was assured it did. Guess Im just out a $1000 for an awful stay

This company is a complete scam. We paid 700 to stay in a cabin on bethel road. But when there was 0 way to even get our SUV to the cabin. When calling to get help they hung up on us. Refuses to give us back the 700$ we had our dog and a 7m baby with us and had no place to stay. You can see in the photo that's where they wanted us to drive down, to get into our cabin. It was so steep I wouldn't even walk down there, I was worried I wouldn't beable yo get back up. Driveway was completely washed out. Also there was signs everywhere for coyote warnings. I warn everyone do not book with this company at all! It is a complete scam!

We stayed at the panoramic view cabin on July 13th - July 17th 2022. The cabin was nice until we started noticing mysterious bites over our children and ourselves. On the last nite of our stay I found this lovely guy (adult bedbug)crawling out from underneath my pillow coming to feast on my flesh. We packed up our family at 1am and drive over 4 hours home. We emailed vacasa immediately about the issue and got no response. We called the following morning and waits on hold for 25 minutes. We let the woman know what happened and she pulled up the email and pictures and emailed the property manager about the situation and attached our email and pictures to them. We were told we’d get a phone call from the property manager probably the following day. They never called or contacted us. They did refund a small percentage of what we paid. And they also appear to have deleted our first review we left with 1 star on the cabins actual page. There was a comment on here from 2017 that mentioned the possibility of bedbugs. Well it is confirmed now. We also found one in our suitcase when we got home. Because of this, we have had to carefully and slowly unpack everything, so we did not bring them into our home. We are extremely dissatisfied with not only the cabin, but how the company handled the whole situation.

Are the cabins pet friendly?

They are, up to two dogs I believe. We didn’t see any weight or breed restrictions, which I loved - we’ll likely be using Vacasa in the future for vacations with our dogs in tow also!

If you cancel: Within 24 hours of booking, you’ll receive a full refund. 30 days or more before your trip, you’ll receive a refund of any rental payments you’ve made, minus the booking fee. Within 30 days of your trip, refunds are only given if you’ve purchased Trip Protection and the reason for your cancellation falls within its guidelines
