If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst Fred Meyer pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They’ve lost a hard copy prescription, failed to send prior authorization requests to my PCP multiple times even after I followed up with them, lied about a prior authorization being denied, refused to bill my secondary insurance and charged my prescriptions to an insurance that I never had. And I’ve experienced all this in the last 1.5 years, I know Covid has made pharmacies extra busy and short staffed but the service I’ve received on multiple occasions is completely unacceptable.

Beaverton fred meyer pharmacy is consistently the worst. On jan 10th I went to buy syringes for my dogs diabetes. Showed them the ones i needed, the sold me completely different ones. Granted I should have checked before I left.. When I went to retrieve return them due to policy which is understandable they don't take returns on them. The Pharmacist claimed that she Told me that they didn't have those and if the ones that she were giving me would suffice would suffice which was a lie. I let her know I was not happy about having to eat the cost. When I then asked for the correct ones she explained I would need a prescription from the vet in order to get them. Again a blatant lie because you do not need a prescription to get syringes in Oregon besides why would she be able to sell me the wrong syringes without a prescription yet not the correct ones. On top of that she was very rude. I have consistently received poor service from them. Keep giving them chances because the location is convenient. Will no longer give them chances.

You guys literally have the worst customer service I've ever received. I keep coming back to you because it's convenient (or it SHOULD be) to get prescriptions when shopping. Trying to get anything figured out over the phone with you guys makes me need anxiety meds. For real! Whoever I just spoke to on the phone was straight up disrespectful and mean. I can't even shake my head enough at this.
