The “personal” office of the Secretary of State in in the capital. Not the office for public business.

Call any cemetery and they can answer your question. An alternative is to call your county probate court and they will direct you to the appropriate resource. The rules must conform depending on whether the owner is private, public or government. The process can be very expensive.

If your business category is not listed as requiring a specific license, then you can register your business name and choose what entity type you prefer, ie. LLC, Inc., etc.
