My boyfriend and I recently moved in, and we absolutely love it so far! The management team has gone above and beyond- quick replies to any requests or questions, the move in process was super easy. We couldnt ask for more. The grounds are taken care of and cleaned often, the pool is beautiful and well maintained. The only "complaint" really is that the staircase is definitely pretty loud- so we hear people coming and going, but honestly things like that are expected within any apartment. Another thing I love is that people around here are very friendly. The neighbors are very kind . Definitely a safe and family friendly environment!

Robyn, We currently employ Uniformed Warren Police Department Officers who are onsite throughout the week. Our staff has taken hours of Citizens Awareness training through the Warren PD and have a Neighborhood Watch group that will have meetings if concerns arise. I am not aware of the previous situations mentioned, but I encourage you to call Warren PD directly and ask for Lt. Gargas or Patrolman Stevenson. They will be happy to talk about the relationship we have with them and the community.

You have to pay your own utilities and rent goes up every year. I lived here twice, the first time in 2005-2006ish when it was called Jamestown Village. I loved it, moved out and moved back in 2013ish. It was renamed River Run and I hated it under the new management. I can be safe and then again there are shootings, fights, fires, and burglaries. My car and my neighbors cars were broken into. Just Google shooting there and they will pop up. But my biggest complaint is the rent is way too high. You could own or rent a nice house for way cheaper in Warren city. Hence us moving out, but if you need a quick place to live for a year or two until you can buy or rent somewhere else. Then it's not that bad, but don't expect much for the money you're going to have to dish out.
They do a credit check I believe its 590 or above. Sometimes they're running specials like first month free. Or 6 month free. You just have to ask and see. But yes usually need a security deposit and first months rent. So about a grand.
