You call the customer service telephone number on the back of your insurance card. Depending on your insurance and whether or not it is Medicaid or private insurance you may have transportation available to you for medical, dental, mental health, addiction services, physical therapy. Anything medical give them a call. If you are veteran there are many more resources available to you call your local VA office. Jobs and family services office
