I been here 2 yrs not even sure why I renewed my lease , when I first moved they painted over stuff that clearly needed to be redone , inside of cabinets are all bubbly they never came back to do them, had a major bug problem , Ceiling leak in bed room and bathroom , they look good on internet but honestly needs to. BE renovations old interior, and let’s talk baseboards I had to scrub the hell out of mine I can’t wait to move the upstairs neighbors kids are always noisey jumping up and down super hard , never nowhere to park and she also had my other car towed saying she gave me a parking permit sticker and actually never did which I no she didn’t or else it woulda been in my car window, the area is ok but all around it it’s not all of that

I have lived here a year an I've had absolutely no issues. If I have a maintenance request their out within a day or 2, even with Covid. Just signed another year.
