My wife and I have been here nearly 2 years and we are very happy with the apartments. Utilities are reasonable, and there is plenty of parking. They have optional carports and reserved parking spots for an additional charge. Conveniently close to the highways and basically any grocery shopping you may need. These apartments are affordable and while they are a bit older, they have large kitchens and everything works very well. If anything breaks, it's fixed super fast. Maintenance requests are typically done within the day and they are very friendly. My wife and I have grown very fond of the management and maintenance team here. They have helped us a number of times with larger fixes in our unit and are more than reasonable when it comes to accommodating requests. Having the washer and dryer hookups is incredibly convenient and so much better than a laundry facility. The two bedroom units have A LOT of space in them and you certainly do not feel cramped. It's also fairly quiet, We've never really had issues with people being loud late into the night, although of course you can hear your neighbor if they decide to be loud. The neighborhood feels very safe, my wife and I walk around it all the time. They treat for bugs frequently so it's rare we see any. I highly recommend these apartments if you want an affordable place that's well maintained with great staff.

I have lived hear about a year and have recently renewed my lease. I have really enjoyed my time here and I have had to spend alot of time at my apartment due to working from home this year. The apartments are quiet. The management extremely responsive and respectful. Also the amount of space I get for my money is amazing. It is also very safe and comfortable.

I’ve been renting here for about 3 years now. I honestly never want to leave. The staff here are EXTREMELY AMAZING. The management and leasing team Amanda and Brittany are just fantastic. They understand life happens and are welling to help you out when times are hard. Tree Top Lodge has an outstanding maintenance team they get things done in a timely fashion!!! I had a one bedroom which was H U G E. My goodness beautiful open kitchen just plan luxury. Very spacious and comfortable! Since I started a family I’m now renting a two bed one bath!! Boy oh boy It’s H U G E R “ if that’s a word” Every unit has a washer and dryer hook up AMAZING ! But overall this is a really is a amazing place to live. It’s a welcoming community and everyone that rents here are really really nice people I’m sooo glad Tree Top lodge is my home !

These are the first apartment complexes I've lived in & so far my experience has been AMAZING! I've been here since june & see myself being here past my lease. I have lived in both a 2bed 2bath & currently in a 1bed 1 bath both VERY spacious & have up to date applicances! Brittany up in the office is such a sweetheart & is always happy & eager to help with everything & anything! She has went above & beyond to help me adjust. The maintenance men are great as well! Treetop has everything I wanted in my first apartment. Plenty of parking, carports, a gym, a dog park, a pool, everything! Also the residents here are very diverse & friendly. I definitely love living here!
