We rented a six-seater golfcart for 48 hours. We were told by the sales representative that the drive time was 90 minutes. When we got it, the drive time was less than 30 and would not hold a charge. We would lose 30% battery in a ten minute drive. When we returned it, staff said this was normal and they will take a look at the cart. It was not worth $267 that we paid and we would not recommend it.

I purchased my new golf cart several months ago and wanted to share the wonderful experience I had during the purchase and afterward. As someone who was unfamiliar with golf carts and what care, maintenance, registration, etc., are involved, I was so grateful to the entire team at Sun Fun for their professionalism, knowledge, and senses of humor that made for multiple pleasant interactions. I am loving my golf cart and have had no problems with it at all. I was just in the store the other day asking about upgrades for locking compartments and a Bluetooth-enabled speaker system. I want to give an extra shoutout to Shannon McPeek for her kindness in explaining what was involved and her professionalism in preparing a quote for me so when I am ready to make the purchase I can just call up and the staff will have all the information needed to get started. That was exceptional customer service and I greatly appreciate Shannon's efforts and those of the the rest of the team at Sun Fun. I am also considering the purchase of a second golf cart and there is no where else I would go to do so.
