There are many positives of living here: high ceilings, nice furnishes, large living spaces, large bathrooms with double sinks, parking garage with parking on each level. The amenities are nice: large pool with plenty of chairs, great green space to watch sporting events, good work out area (even if everyone doesn't wear masks), and yoga studio with spin bikes. The complex does good events too. Often times they supply drinks/food/games or even bingo during the pandemic. Unfortunately for me, it doesn't make up for the con. After two years the complex continues to struggle with the all the fire alarms going off randomly. It could be 2am or 2pm. Lately they have been happening more during the day. If you work from home or have dogs I do not recommend living here. I can't even remember the number of work calls that have been interrupted due to the alarms going off with no notice. My poor dog shakes for hours after due to shock and loudness of the alarm.

We just renewed our lease for this apartment complex for another 18 months. Our apartment is spacious and has lots of windows which is perfect for us. The staff is top tier and the amenities are outstanding. Maintenance is also quick to respond. We are very happy here and highly recommend it! Our grandchildren made the comment that this place is like living in a resort and we totally agree with that assessment!

I can't say enough great things about this place. The manager Jill is wonderful. The other staff members are equally friendly and professional. They all deserve raises. Especially the cleaning lady this place is spotless. The amenities, community activities, and apartment home designs are bar none. The resident mix makes this place a regular utopia. Students professionals, retirees of all ages and races live here. I have been here two weeks and know more of the neighbors here than my apartment in Dallas that I've lived in since May.

The most genuinely helpful, friendly staff I've ever encountered in all my years of renting and why I put down a deposit and will finally move in in July. The staff is just the beginning. The facility is brand-new but already has a real community feel about it. The amenities are outstanding and when comparing rent prices it is in the luxury category. In reality when you break out all the add-ins other complexes in Overland Park tack on, for not much more $$ you get exponentially more in a place to live. I will update my review once I am settled and have the 24-7 experience. Update: I'm now coming u on being a resident for 4 months and still say this is a fantastic living experience. I love my apartment and I really love all the options I have to either stay in and enjoy it or go out and meet my neighbors, who are diverse in every aspect. I'm really looking forward to some fun times around the fire pits soon. Another plus on the $$ side, due the efficiency, my electric bill has dropped an average of $100 a month from my previous apartment and I didn't have a washer and dryer there! If you are considering a move, you owe it to yourself to check this place out.
