Multiple times I have payed for next day delivery only for the package to get stuck here. Nobody answers the phone and the package always shows up days later. Least reliable post office I have ever used with zero customer service, avoid at all costs.

Great service for getting my passport. Had an appointment at 11:45 am July 1st, 2022. The staff was quick and helpful. I had already completed my passport application online so I just printed it off and brought it in. Along with my long birth certificate and government photo i.d. Female staff took my picture and I paid my fees. I did not do expedite services, just regular 8-11 weeks process. I got my passport today 26th of July 2022 😊. Thanks 👍🏾

Lobby / PO box hours are not accurate, they are not available 24/7. The few times I have dropped by the doors have been locked.

You should go to post office and make appointment and get appropriate paperwork
If they sent certified, register, or delivery confirmation there are 2 ways 1 checking with the number on the internet. 2 go to the email that belongs to the zip code where they sent it, that is, your zip code. If you don't have a number, you can always go to the post office, but there is little chance that they can help you.
Probably not as this is a "ghetto" Po with 3rd world service staffed by lazy, rude and incompetent bureaucrats who have zero accountability and no inkling about good customer relations, basic civility. This is why they circle that customer satisfaction survey receipt after each transaction.
