My eighty five year old mom was neglected by not being washed in the three weeks she was there. Also she was not eating or drinking and we were told they could not force her. I voiced my concern of dehydration and malnutrition but nothing was done until I filed a written complaint with the state department of health.

They treat you absolutely disgusting. They will hold down an adult without their will and inject them with unknown medications and refuse to tell you when they will release you. Horrible experience both times. I do not ever recommend going to this hospital.

Patients, before going to that hospital read the book "Our Malady" by Timothy Snyder, pages 20-30... and then run away from this hospital as fast as you can!! They nearly killed him in December of 2019.... Horrible staff .

You don't. Maybe you should just be thankful that your feeling better instead of holding a meaningless grudge, I mean your better not worse. Maybe you shouldnt taper those meds
There are many parking garages as well as valet entrances. If you are a patient or visitor, the nursing floor or ED may validate your parking at at valet entrance, depending on your visit. If not, try parking in the City's Air Rights garage at 60 York Street. Don't park on the Smilow 4th floor unless you are there for Smilow.

You call the Emergency room front desk and give them the name of the person you looking for and they will tell you if that person is there or not. If they are ask 4 their room number and you can check on them your self.
