3rd time the trash shoot has overfilled. People have to leave their bags sitting in the trash room. As nice as this building is. You would never think that would be an issue. Smh.

Horrible service by the leasing office. Made an appointment and received confirmation to look at units. The day of the appointment, there was no one to assist us. No phone call from them for any cancelation or to reschedule. Total waste of time!

There is more than enough parking around the building but a hyperaggressive towing company recently started patrolling the building. They confiscated my new truck with all of my work equipment right before I was leaving for a job. Now I have to work without my equipment and pay $330 to get my truck back. I do not agree with hiring these vultures or encouraging their livelihood in any capacity. There are enough problems with the building constantly flooding and repair crews constantly on premises that I should not have to live in fear that my property is safe where I live as well! No one likes tow truck drivers! From now on I will never live anywhere that hires them.

Came with a friend to tour, looking for apartments on the area. I’ll start by saying I have no issues with the staff as I didn’t see any the entire time I was here as it was a sec guided tour. You let yourself in, on the elevator, and in to the model using your phone. The inside of the building, which maybe some would call kind of a funky unique style was slightly off putting in my opinion. As I entered the model apartment, the kitchen and bathroom were nice. However they had the “bedroom” set up as an office. Didn’t look quite big enough to fit a bed. Honestly this entire apartment looked like an office space that had been remodeled to be an apartment. Their “outdoor” amenity was a joke. Think picnic table with overgrown weeds and promenade bricks. The pictures on the website appeared very nice and I thought this was the apartment for me. I would’ve been sold with the online presentation. I’m-person it is not at all what I was expecting. It also is located in a very unsafe part of town: i would avoid renting here.
