They sell modular homes ...u would have to call them...we deliver modular homes from the builder...pretty sure you would have to have ur own land

Hello and thank you for your inquiry. I have a model on order that will be coming in from the factory near the end of January. I won't be certain of the price until I receive it but I'm estimating it to be in the low to mid $70's. You can reserve it with a deposit and contract.
