Limited selection on everything.. low end guitars and basses being sold for a premium price, along amps they sell are combo amps.. I'll be sticking to AMS or Sweetwater as they have a much larger selection of items.

They sell used equipment so i would assume so provided you have the right documentation and the equipment is in decent condition
Idk about subwoofers you would have to call them. Although they are mainly instruments, but they do have a whole area of electronic stuff for DJs and all that, so they may have some but idk about their sales on vehicle sound systems. Good luck!
