I bought blinds a few years ago, and on one of the blinds the pulling mechanism is broken. Am I able to bring it to one of the stores and have it repaired?

Yes you can! You can bring it to any blinds to go location and we will send it back to the factory to be repaired. Repairs usually take 2-3 days MAX - they can provide a temporary paper shade for privacy in the mean time.

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

Masks must be worn by both employees and customers when inside the showroom. Social distancing is enforced. Hand sanitizer is located throughout the showroom. Areas and items such as counters, computers and sample books are wiped down/sanitized after every customer.

It sounds like an internal cord may have snapped or maybe the mechanism is off. If you purchased the blinds from Blinds To Go you can bring it to your local showroom and we will send it back to the factory to be repaired, free of charge.
