What do you recommend about Miller's Party Rental Center? I called to give a final count because I was told I was all set for my wedding and to call when I had a final number, and they said they didn't have me down. They were very rude to me and denied things said in our past phone conversation. She said I needed a deposit to hold the items, and when I told her that no body told me this, they just said they had me down and I was told to go, she flatly denied it. She said I received an email with the details of the rental, but when I said I never got an email from them, "Angel'" became condescending and said "So you didn't get an email from us and you didn't think to follow up on that?" I ended up hanging up before I started crying because of how rude she treated me. Will never go with this company and will never recommend anyone else go with them either. I'm two weeks out from my wedding and trusted their word that I "was all set". Literally the worst customer service I've ever received in my life.

Miller's Party Rental Center has a lovely selection of everything you need for your party, at a reasonable price. Staff is polite and professional, and delivery and pickup were carried out in a timely manner. Thank you Miller's for making our party a beautiful success!

This was our second company fall get together with Miller's Party Rental & it was the second time that everything they did was perfect!!! They are fantastic to work with & very professional.

The week of my daughters wedding I received a phone call and was told our agreement for delivery would not be honored at the time discussed. Instead of a Friday morning delivery, it would be a time slot between 9 and 4. Know we had to be out of the venue after the rehearsal before 4, I would have never agreed to that time. Tables were then delivered on Thursday. Once we got to the venue to set up we soon realized that 3 of the tables they brought we couldn’t even use because the legs would not stay locked. Unfortunately, it was too late seeing that a table collapsed with 17 GLASS centerpieces on it. We then had to scramble to replace those centerpieces. We had to tape tables because metal stripping had pulled away from the wood. Tables were janky and chairs were extremely dirty. I emailed the company, but haven’t heard anything back. Big shock. I will never use or recommend Miller Rental again.
