Patrick was great - very pleasant, clear communication and he completed battery replacement within minutes! I came at 9am and was on my way back to work at 9.08am. Also this place is much much cheaper then Les or Honda dealership.

I am very pleased with the service that I received from the employees at this business. They were professional, very helpful, courteous, and even made a phone call to a local auto parts dealer to line up a sale for a side post wrench for my battery. Most businesses in America do not offer this type of service anymore. Mostly corporations and those owned by foreigners. There was a time when workers would check your oil, wash your windows, but today, even in Oregon where there is mandatory fuel attendants, they still don't offer to wash your windows, or serve you in any way.

This is the only place to go for a new battery in Beaverton. Brian has taken over the shop from the legendary Pat and has continued the honest and amazing customer service. Thank you Brian!! 😀

Joe the Accordion Man

Just want to share my experience with Battery Exchange. I had my truck towed to their shop. Brian greeted me and told he would be right with me once he finishes with a customer. He diagnosed the problem and concluded I need a new starter. He said it would be ready that afternoon. Although he admitted that it was a busy day with other customers, he was willing to stay after closing for an extra half hour to complete the repairs. I appreciated Brian going the extra mile and the cost of the repair was very good. I left a happy customer. Thanks, Joe Szabo
