Basan was professional and did a required heat maintenance under warranty. My flame sensor needed replaced ( under warranty ) after one season of use! Edwin - representative on phone was fantastic. Purchased new HVAC unit in 2021, so far so good.

Not sure. Maybe licensing or insurance, they tend to have different rules and regulations for each state and can be a handful to do multiple states
