I came in for some pictures taken before I have a virtual appointment in a couple of weeks with Dr. Ueno. Front desk and staff are professional and efficient. I’ll have to update my experience after I meet with Dr. Ueno, or perhaps after my surgery. A staff member came to greet me as we have the same spelling name. I thought that was friendly and cute. :)

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr Ueno and his entire team are phenomenal! I had some pretty extensive dental work done and everyone kept checking to make sure I was okay. They welcome you the moment you walk in the door. Every time I'm there they make me feel like I'm the only one there and I have 100% of their attention. If you ever need periodontal work done Ueno Center is the place.

Got me in and solved the issue very quick which I am so thankful for esp when suffering from a tooth infection. Great bedside manner, staff is all very sweet and professional and Dr. Ueno was wonderful! Healing very nice and feeling so much better a week later! I love his approach to dental care and how its tied to health- his book was a nice read when recovering. Thanks Dr. Ueno and group!

It was a great experience. The whole team was extremely helpful and they answered all of my questions. Great costumer service, everyone was very welcoming and the facility was extremely clean. I would definitely recommend this facility for any new patients. As a first timer, they were able to answer all of my questions during my visit. Also, because no further treatment was needed the doctor waved my consultation fee, which I truly appreciated.
