My husband has worked for FritoLay for several years and it has become increasingly worse. When he started, he had a decent Manager who often helped when the people working in the field needed it. That’s no longer the case and he gets pounded daily with no help. Most of the new managers just bark orders from their phones. He gets texts all hours of the day and night but his salary certainly doesn’t compensate him for being “on-call”. It sounds very chaotic and disorganized. The summer before last, he was reprimanded for expecting to take his July 4th on the day that it was recognized by the company (Friday) as a holiday bc the managers got together and decided to give off Monday instead. This year they DID NOT give a day off for Christmas since it fell on a Saturday. And…some of their snacks are good but most are just unhealthy. I guess their lack of care and concern for humanity runs deep.

There's a route delivery guy who parks his vehicle illegal every morning at the CVS in Alexandria VA on Beaugard and Rayburn shopping center blocking traffic and causing near accidents and refused to park in designated parking spots....will report to police if this keep happening
