Replaced a fan coil unit in my condo which involved removal of drywall in order to remove the old unit. I was impressed that they got the job done in 4 hours. Their drywall man repaired the drywall two days later. The walls are smooth but not necessarily flat; two outlets sit a little crooked so that the covers are not flush against the wallboard. I paid the balance of the bill when the unit was installed. I guess once they have the money they don't worry about completing the job. I called a week later to ask about when the vent registers would arrive. The person answering the phone wasn't aware that I needed registers. She called back later and said they would arrive the following week. Anyone in need of a fan coil unit should be prepared for a very long wait. I was told it would be 10-12 weeks; in fact, it took just under 6 months. There were several small glitches which I have brought to the company's attention but I don't believe they care since they have my money. The 3 stars is generous. This is an update to my previous review. The registers were delivered and installed a week later (2 weeks after initial install of the fan coil unit). Due to the nice weather, I did not turn on the system until 3 weeks later and discovered that there was no heat and one of the registers was rattling. AirPlus sent a technician (AJ) who discovered that the thermostat had been incorrectly programmed for a 4-pipe system instead of 2. AJ agreed that the register was very noisy and the only solution would be to replace it. He placed a call to the office and relayed all the information. After a few days, having not heard from anyone I called to check the status only to be told that they would send a technician out to look at the register. I told them that AJ had already been out and called in the necessary solution. A few days later AJ came back out to deliver the register. At one point throughout the process I spoke to 4 different office people and determined that none of them speak to each other, ever. AJ gets 5 stars.
