One of the biggest community in Hayward. Over 550 apartments are here where students and other commuters reside. They have plenty of amenities.

I was parking in the area nearby tennis court and overlooked something sign. I knew it's was not allow to park but I don't have a choice. I decide to park on area for the temporary maybe less 2 hours. I come over to my neighbor's friend house that he invite me. He warned me some people's cars were towed and being sent back to the brauns towing service is a horrible place. I nodded, I told him "Yeah. Thank let me know. They not gonna towing my vehicle. " I trust my gut feelings. It not gonna happen to my vehicle. We had good time to watch netflix show after when it done. I ran, back to where same place I parked. I notice vehicle was disappeared it's like when someone took away your pizza in the box. I was totally defeat. I walking head back to the home for a one hour. It's wasn't funny!!! I'm seriously!!!! Anyone who try parking in this apartment private property it will be towed. Don't be end up just like me what I've made it. They demand me to pay $435 with ONLY cash for releasing the vehicle in braun towing service backyard in a Hayward. That ridiculous! Wow.... this is not extremely friendly for guest people. Don't parking in guest or neighbor's spot parking that they let you or parking in random locations. Management will immediately the towing to people's vehicle. Manager doesn't care about your car. They all cares about your money $$$. I never forget this one very very bad and unfriendly apartment place. I won't go there ever again!!!!!!!!! Thank for NOTHING!

The infrastructure of the apartment where we we lived was very old especially when compared to the rent. Every Monday morning the maintenance team would start their loud blowers to pile up the dried leaves, which normally would have been fine but with remote work situation it was becoming very difficult to get proper sleep or conduct meetings. All my requests to shift the timings were simply ignored. The most disheartening experience though was the move out expenses, where I was charged terribly for complete carpet replacement, paints and even trash removal. I have paid some charges in the past at other properties too but the way this management made me pay for everything was really surprising. I tried to reason with the management team but they simply were not willing to entertain any requests and were very uncooperative. They even made mistakes by billing the utility twice. The property has a big advantage in the form of vicinity to the CSU East Bay College.

This apartments it has a nice view but it’s dangerous at the same time. I had my friends last Friday parked on the street and got their windows broken and stool everything inside, it was more than 6 cars that got stolen and it’s not the first time. And my sister has the same situation today. My appointment has 2 rooms and we should have 2 officials parking, they gave me only one parking and 2 gusts but the 2 gusts parking always full and I have never used them. And they’re supposed to put cameras if they care about their residence. So I don’t recommend this apartments if you have more than one car. Besides you’re going to pay for trash and water.
