There is a GREAT REASON why I have been living here for 9+ years; I ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY LOVE IT…When you search for a place to call it home; you MUST look for 4 different things: Neighborhood; Price; Location & Customer Service. The Neighborhood is serene & total quietness. The Price is below market with all essential amenities. Centralized location closed to everything your heart desires & above all; first class customer service either from the office or the Maintenance Crew. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Depending on how long ago was your eviction & if you have any bankruptcies. (Guessing but most likely true.)
If ya got a place in the apt for them I'd say it would b ok ..check with manager to b sure

I doubt it...that is a standard lease these days call the manager and double check but I'd plan on a 12 month
Just call the office and they will give you all the details. One important one is the maximum income requirement. It's around 55,000. If you or anyone that will be on the lease makes more than that, you do not qualify. If you do and after you sign the lease, you are not required to stay below the maximum. In other words, you can make more than 55k after you move in and still live there.
