The "Wait Outside/Car" option is amazing! The tracker, so you can see where you are in line was great. And i love that the staff was great at calling you when your number comes up as well.

I came to patient first at 530 pm complaining of difficulty breathing, chest pain, coughing up blood, and no informed them of me passing out earlier. I was taken to triage where some nurse dumbed down my description. She said oh there's chest pain due to respiratory issues. Not cardiac. So with that being said I was placed back in the waiting room for 3 hours. After I became upset and asked why is this taken so long, I would think someone saying they can't breathe and is constantly coughing would be a priority. I was told I was not. To then be told they would have to transfer me to the hospital because they can't treat me there. This caused me to incur an ambulance charge and sent me to the worst, nastiest, dirtiest hospital, where I still waited hours upon hours. I did not feel seen or important. I felt as though my health did not matter.

5 hours later… The staff at this location is very friendly; however, there is clearly a huge communication gap between the staff members that works there. I did not feel like a priority and it took five hours to find out that I had an ear infection. I’m happy to finally understand more about what was causing my illness, but I will not be returning to this location given my first experience.

Patient First provides a full range of preventive, primary, and urgent care services. When specialty care is required we refer patients to outside physicians in the appropriate specialty. We do not serve as a primary care physician for patients under the age of seven.
