Independence Urgent Care

This is more of a doctors office there was nothing urgent about their care and they had a full waiting room at all times with appointments. If you actually want an urgent care don’t go here. Changed to 1 star cuz I had to get my ID and medical card back, they took like 1 person an hour. Trash place and the reception team was not welcoming or efficient at their jobs. WellNow in Garfield is way better.

Came here for years jack took care my mother he helped guide me as her sickness had progressed in the years . please give these drs the same patience’s and care you would like and you see from the treatment is there. That is my experiences with these drs the other dr helped my father and they both amazing. And I was also a patient here and still trust and receive the best service when needed

As much as I like Dr. Rob and trust in him, if you actually want to be seen find another place. My last (literally) 15 appointments have been cancelled 2 hours before I was scheduled with no reason given. I'm over it at this point and will unfortunately be looking elsewhere. Save yourself the headache. Highly do NOT recommend this practice anymore. Sad.

All of my interactions with Dr.Jack have been fantastic as he is a fantastic healthcare provider, all that changed the week following Christmas. I came down sick and needed to see the man that took care of me for so many years. The recording on the voicemail said to leave a message and someone would get back to you. A heartbeat later I was informed that I couldn't leave a message as the box was full and it has remained full. On the 27th I finally drove myself to their offices, probably not the wisest move considering how sick I am but I needed help. The receptionist informed me that there was no one in today and would probably be in on Monday Jan 03. So I called the offices and got the same voicemail about leaving a message and then the followup message of the box being full.
