Customer service is horrendous. The staff answering the phone are extremely rude for no reason and not helpful at all. The billing is almost always inaccurate. They have high turnover among their customer service reps. -- just another issue the city of Richmond needs to fix.

There are gas lines that run under to and from most houses. And in certain blocks the telephone pole has rectifier's on them They are sometimes located in your yard or on the edge of it acess to these points take then though your yard sometimes.
