I thought technician (Abelina) was cold and somewhat rude. Walked past me three times without acknowledging my presence. Came out of room right as I was preparing to cancel. Then took a professional/private call while I was waiting for my flu shot stating another patient's name etc. Very unprofessional.

Refused to see me after waiting patiently for over an hour. Please tell people that they won’t be seen if they get there over an hour before you close. Also, don’t ever complain to the patient (that you are refusing to see) that you have seen X number of patients and tell them to go elsewhere. Disgraceful way to treat ill patients. I am new to maple lawn and will never use this CVS again.
