This staff is awesome!! The receptionists were so helpful. They kept me appraised of when my appointment was coming because of the long wait. They apologized like the misfortune was their fault. They made my ordeal bearable. Thank you ladies!

Whatever is going on at the Plank Rd location with staffing and lack of training was evident during my visit there. Please train your front staff employees better and hold them accountable for being pleasant. Coach them on not gossiping or talking a whole lot back and forth, joking and caring on, all while sick patients are waiting to be taken to a room. Other than that, the provider was very nice and caring.

Do not go here at 6:00 or 7:00 in the evening because they don't want to see you because they will think it will interfere with them getting off work late twice i been here in the evenings and they were like we didn't know if we can treat you with a waiting room empty. Then the same lady was extremely rude and told me I could leave like she own the place. I think if she doesn't like her job find a new one. She wouldn't give me her name so I could report her but she is the larger lady that sets in the front and also told another person the same thing. This location is on plank rd Fredericksburg va you say you open until 8:00 you should be seen at 7:00 without a problem. I will never go back there again the front larger woman needs to be fired that wouldn't give me her name. The corporate office needs to send a undercover management in there around 7:00 in the evening and they will see what I'm talking about. Im sure your sales are down in the evenings but you still paying your employees.
