Billing and insurance problems multiple times with thriveworks, they don't answer their customer service number. It's hard to locate a good therapist and they charge a hefty monthly fee in addition to copays. I'm so glad my therapist left thriveworks and I no longer have to deal with them.

Financial predators!!! They don’t notify clients when changes happen in billing and insurance coverage and they will overcharge but the thousands! If you catch them it’s impossible to get your money back! They will only ask for more! Better help has a better system than this organization!! Stay away!!!!

I would recommend that she goes to her local department of social services and apply for benefits (medicaid insurance, food stamps) then she can get connected with services for her depression
