The people who work in the office are nice and relatively helpful. The billing department located in another state is horrendous. Watch out for recurring charges, they will bill you and not send what they are supposed to send. When they bill you and you receive nothing they will not refund you. They say you have signed something and when you ask for a copy they are unable to produce it. Do not let them just charge your credit card because they will do it over and over and not stand behind their services.

Went to several places to seek treatment. This is the one that I was most comfortable with. The staff is fantastic. It is definitely fast paced because this is a production game. The other option is going to a regular doctors office, and not getting the right treatment out of convenience. Specifically, I was worried about giving blood for my labs. Jalisa, one of the nurses, was awesome. She eased my nerves, and she was done before I even knew it was going on. Kate, who I think is a NP, was the only provider I had seen out of the other clinics that actually took the time to listen to me. She gave a level of care that should make her supervisors proud. Peter is super high energy and seems to genuinely care about his patients. Lastly, it is nice to be able to chat with the other guys in the waiting room about how their treatment is going. All around, this is just a friendly place. I hope it does not change.

The Low T Center in Pineville, NC is great and the staff is very professional and they offer top of the line service. Peter is a great Doctor and is always very informative and professional. 5 stars ⭐️
