I had a very awkward appointment at the South Charlotte location. I waited 15min outside because the door was locked. Finally some of the office staff arrived back from lunch and let me in and the lady doing my botox was just standing there and had been the entire time even though I knocked on the door numerous times. I was asked to complete paperwork and the lady stood there and stared at me the entire time which made me very uncomfortable. Once I was done, I went back to the room to get botox and she never looked at my paperwork, never asked where I wanted the injections, wiped a little alcohol around the area and then put the injections in. She never asked me to show her my problem lines, never marked the areas, and then put in the injections without even telling me she was getting ready to do so. I was in and out as a new patient within 5 minutes. Beautiful facility but won't be returning for botox.
