I give them a 0000000 Not even a star.i only gave it a 1 so it can post.. I walked in today..Ghetto and unprofessional security..I asked to speak with a worker..the security said I don't know much but my supervisor is on her way...the supervisor come all she said was call 311.and I've already called 311 and waited 1 1/2 to get hung up on...I need the CEO to give me a call so they can fix this.Im not the only one... Ive explained I've been waiting 3 months...I've been sending the same paper work in for the past 3 months to 2 different case worker Mrs Jenkins and Mrs Reaves all these worker tell me they haven't received it.then close my case .. or I sent it to late...Lies,lies,and more lies..they don't call or email you.I hate the city of Richmond social services..you will starve..These worker do not do there job...I see I will never get help..I asked to speak to there supervisor..Nothing I get turned away..Don't bother to go up there

There is no way to directly get in contact with anyone to get answers for cases. Commonhelp only allows you to fill out an application for services but no other information. Have to wait7-10 days minimum for a response and 7-10 days without food is a long time

They never answer their phones. You will have better luck if you go to their office first thing in the morning.
