Today I was accused of being a thief, because your employee was talking and to another customer and never heard my machine say "thank you". After I checked out at the self check out, it did not print my receipt. I turn to your employee and she said to me it was because I had never started checking out, if you look on the camera when I start checking out your employee is beside me almost the whole time. To prove my innocence, I had to show your employee where the transaction had went thru on my card. After I produced proof I was not a thief, I never received my receipt or an apology from the employee for accusing me of being a thief.

This is Shelbyville store on Normandy end of hwy 41. Extremely messy, shelves not stocked, out of a hugh portion of items in store. They did have 2 guys trying to get items stocked. I have never seen it like this. I've always loved this store because they had what I wanted, till now. I wish I had taken pics but didn't even think about it. Next time !

Could be 30 people in there and you will still only see one register open. I can't think of anything remarkable to say about the place so next time I go I'm going on a fault-finding mission. The internet is for complaining and I have no complaints about this place.

Cluttered and a mess. Someone needed to be stocking shelves! My overall impression was they operate understaffed. In general, they had what I needed at a reasonable price.
