As a long time rewards member of Best Western I must say I’m very disappointed in this hotel. My family and I reserved two rooms for 1 night. We walked into used towels hanging on the shower head, chewed coffee straws in the beds, rocks behind the furniture, and large bugs behind the beds. We will not be returning here in the future.

Sheila was awesome We came off a long drive and needed something, anything. Extremely impressed , soft beds, beyond clean and smoke free, hot water , they go the extra mile. Thank you for making our evening extremely peaceful with fast service to get us settled.

The room had a musty smell and just was old and out of date. Also their was no hot water and when I made the mgt aware of the problem he never got it fixed and I had to take cold showers. Also the sink had a large crack and would leak if you filled it with water . The mgt would not discount my room when I got ready to leave the desk attendant said he knew the water heater was out but he couldn't do anything about discounting the room

Old motor lodge type of building. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower/tub was very tight and narrow. Very little or no road noise, very quiet. Slept like a rock and woke up very refreshed. Room was a bit small. I would stay here again but it would not be my first choice. Third hotel, third night in a row. Would not recommend hotel #1, will gladly stay in #2 again. 1,500 miles left to go.
