I contacted a different business through their FB page, and someone at Winner's Circle has been running it, apparently, and replied. He never told me that he wasn't an employee, though. He pretended to be an employee (or the owner) actually. All I asked for was a delivery estimate, and I wish I could post the screenshots of his messages! He sent me 5(!), going off on me about heavy demand, material shortages, won't have stock until July, etc...and then asked me to cancel my order through the shop I'd ordered it from! I talked to the real business owner this morning. This imposter from "Winner's" Circle, got me to cancel my order with an unrelated company, because I didn't want to do business with someone so rude. So he stole business from a competitor, by being completely unprofessional, and lying (there is no materials shortage, delivery estimate was actually 2 weeks, etc...) and made the company I thought I contacted look like they're terrible people, who don't care about your order, when that couldn't be further from the truth! It's this guy who is a terrible person. Who pretends to be another business online, then asks you to cancel an order that had absolutely nothing to do with you?! This psychopath, apparently. I recommend never doing business with anyone associated with this place. I wouldn't trust anything they say or sell.

Everyone at The Winner’s Circle has been incredibly helpful to me since my daughter started riding and showing 3 years ago. They have great pricing. Very knowledgeable. Fast shipping. I love that they bring a trailer to some shows we attend for those last minute items you need to grab before or during the show. They have a great return policy if an item doesn’t work for you. They have always patiently answered my (many, many, many) questions. They make themselves available by phone or even Facebook messenger and have a great response time. They will do their best to combine items in shipments to save you money. I would highly recommend The Winner’s Circle for your horse and show needs.
