Incredibly rude managers. They refused to disclose their names however I believe the names were Monica and Morgan. Poor listening skills, literally ignored the customers and spoke over them. Speciality pizzas are certainly not their specialty. Ordering for someone with health issues quickly becomes and issue due to their poor listening skills resulting in one having to tell them over and over yet it still coming out all wrong. Add 15 wait time to whatever they time they tell you. Pay attention to their Rating, it is Low for good reasoning.

The store it self did a great job. Unfortunately when using the app yesterday ordering thin crust was not an option. I tried to call, but never got someone to pick up. I would like to say the store was quite busy.

Honestly I don’t like giving bad reviews but this warranted it. After an hour of waiting I called the store asking for an update of my delivery and she said it just finished and was being sent out. After walking the guy through finding us and my boyfriend going outside to find him, we got it. Neither of our pizzas had enough sauce to even see much less taste. The cheese sticks had no seasoning on them and we barely got any marinara sauce. The best part of the whole thing was the mini cinnamon rolls. That and the delivery guy really trying is the only reason I gave 2 stars. If we weren’t so hungry by the time we got the food I would have asked for a refund honestly. But with a new baby and waiting so long, it just wasn’t even worth the trouble anymore. Sticking with papa johns from now on.

Although they moved their location, the downsized spot is nice. The issues I currently am now experiencing with this particular Pizza Hut is that the pizza is undercooked, lack the consistency of heat to ready time ratio (especially if ordering in person). Also, the wait time is higher than usual. They could still have hope.
