This is a great DQ! Staff is friendly and helpful. Lucas was so nice helping me to the car with everyone's lunch. The drive-thru is a speedy experience, as well. Great job ladies & gents!

Terrible experience per usual. Monday night, not busy, literally seen 10 employees and I was the only guest ordering inside. All employees were focused on their cell phones, headphones, and talking/horse playing with each other. Every other chain restaurant is struggling with staff and the customer service rarely bad overall, and here Dairy Queen is flourishing with staff and it’s terrible customer service and the long wait times aren’t due to low staff-it’s because they want to play around and act like it’s a daycare-no leadership, no direction, just children. I got a refund and won’t be back. It’s simply pathetic.
