This truck stop socks trucks making it hard to get in and out. And the woman working over night is rude. Rest area is way better than this place.

Most people inside were friendly, but the AM manager was 2 hrs late we had appt at 6am to unload , never been here to unload, very rude person did not seem to want to help. After we deliver we will NOT be back to this Pilot to unload.

Horrible layout for semis. Difficult to maneuver, barriers everywhere, terrible parking spots. It's just a total mess.

Yes. And you can download the cat scale app, attach your payment card to it and use it. Then you get your weights right there and a email copy of your receipt. You can still go inside and get hard copy if you like.
